Dr. Amikam Nachmani (Ph.D. Oxford University) is Senior Lecturer in Political Studies at Bar-Ilan University and a Senior Research Associate at the BESA Center. He has been a Senior Associate Member at St. Antony's College, Oxford.

Specialization:

Strategic affairs of the Eastern Mediterranean (particularly Turkey, Greece, the Balkans, and Cyprus) and politics of water in the Middle East.
