Dr. Mordechai Kedar (Ph. D. in Arabic, Bar-Ilan University), is a lecturer in the Arabic Department at Bar-Ilan University and a research associate at the BESA Center. Specialization: Arabic Political Discourse, Mass Media, Islam and Politics, The Syrian Domestic Arena, Legitimacy of Arab regimes, Arab Societies, State and Society in Arab Countries.
