Born in Lithuania, Kaunas, Eva Ben-Zvi  completed her vocal training at the Tel-Aviv Rubin Academy and has also studied at the Staatliche Hochschule fur Musik in Detmold, Germany. She holds a Master`s Degree in Piano Studies. Mrs. Ben-Zvi performs extensively as a soloist with various orchestras and chamber ensembles in Israel and Europe. She was the first Israeli to perform at the Kremlin in a special concert with the occasion of Moscow's 850^th anniversary. Ben-Zvi has recorded    5 CD's, including Grigory Fried's mono-opera "The Diary of Anne Frank", recorded with the Bolshoy Theater Orchestra (this  CD was highly appraised by the "Opera International Magazine" in Paris 1992),  as well as the "Jewish Music from Russia" also recorded with the same orchestra which was highly praised in Paris and in New York by the "CD Reviews" in July 2000.

In 1998 she recorded the first IMC(Israeli Music Center) CD "Stride Between Verses" – a collection of Israeli Art Songs.

In addition to the standard Classical and Romantic music included in her repertoire, Ben-Zvi frequently performs contemporary music, some of which is specially composed for her.

Eva Ben-Zvi currently teaches singing at the Bar-Ilan University,  Israel.

השלימה את לימודי הזמרה שלה באקדמיה למוסיקה ע"ש רובין שבתל-אביב ובבית הספר הגבוה למוסיקה בדטמולד, גרמניה.  בנוסף אווה בעלת תואר שני בלימודי פסנתר.

הגב' בן-צבי מופיעה כסולנית עם תזמורות סימפוניות ועם הרכבים קאמריים רבים בישראל,

צרפת, שוויץ, איטליה, גרמניה, צ'כיה ליטא ורוסיה.

היא הייתה הישראלית הראשונה שהופיעה בקרמלין באירוע מיוחד שהוקדש ליובל ה-850 של העיר מוסקבה.

הגב' בן-צבי הקליטה 5 תקליטורים, ביניהם המונו-אופרה של גריגורי פריד "יומנה של אנה פראנק".  בהקלטה זו השתתפה תזמורת תיאטרון הבולשוי. (תקליטור זה זכה לשבחים

ב"מגאזין הבינלאומי לאופרה", פריז 1992). תקליטור נוסף בביצוע – "מוסיקה יהודית מרוסיה" שהוקלט אף הוא עם תזמורת הבולשוי, זכה לשבחים רבים בפריז ובניו-יורק בכתב העת CD Reviews,  ביולי .2000

ב-1998 יצא לאור התקליטור "בין המזמורים" – אוסף שירים אומנותיים של מלחינים ישראליים, בהוצאת המרכז הישראלי למוסיקה.

בנוסף לרפרטואר הקלאסי והרומנטי, מבצעת בן-צבי מוסיקה עכשווית, ויצירות מספר הוקדשו לה במיוחד.

הגב' בן-צבי מלמדת זמרה באוניברסיטת בר-אילן.
