Professional Activities

 

Organizational consultancy: Worked with organizations in the public, private and third sector as well as with the I.D.F., specializing mostly in leadership development, organizational change, gender relations in organizations, promoting women and diversity related issues. (Work with organizations such as: Prime minister consultant for gender issues, Municipality of Jerusalem, Municipality of Upper Nazarath , Tadiran Tikshoret, Kristal systems, JDC Israel, Israel Defense Forces, Bituach Leumi, Israeli Police, The Kibbutz Movement, Youth in Distress Organization).

 

Leadership development: Consulting to officers and I.D.F. units, as well as other organizations, on leadership development issues including: leadership training workshops, personal consultancy to managers and officers and providing assistance in constructing leadership developing systems within organizations.

 

Promoting diversity in organizations: Took part as a consultant, researcher and evaluator in a program called “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”, aimed to promote women in public-sector organizations (project initiated by the Division for Development of Human Resources of the American Jewish Joint). Also assisted several private and public firms in preparing to meet the requirements of the legislation against sexual harassment in organizations, focusing on creating a corporate climate that supports diversity and limits harassment.

 

Group facilitation: Participated in a group facilitation training course (A 16 month training course, meeting one full day a week), The Military Educational Academy, Israel Defence Forces. Facilitated groups on various topics (e.g., communication, family-work conflict, management skills, preparation for retirement, sexual harassment, stress in the workplace, etc.)
