Born in Georgia,1948. Graduated the Music Academy of Tbilisi. Holds a  Doctor Degree from the same academy. Was the director of the College in Batumi, Georgia (1986-1991). Bardanashvili was the Cultural Vice-minister in Adjaria (1992-1993), and organized numerous international music festivals.  Settled in Israel, 1995.
Among his work: Symphonies, 3 Operas,  Music for 2 Ballet, Chamber Music: string quartets, quintets, Piano Trios, Concerts for Violin, Classic Guitar, Double Concert for Piano and Cello, Fantasia-Concert for Piano and Strings and several works for different ensembles, Choir music, and many songs. He has  written music for over 20 films and 40 theater productions.
His compositions were performed in the USA,  Scotland,  Finland, Germany, Russia,  Spain,  Italy,  Israel and other countries.
