Born in Argentina in 1945, where in 1963 he completed his basic music studies at the C.L. Buchardo National Conservatory. Later he studied at the Tel-Aviv Academy of Music, and in 1979 received an M.A. in composition at the University of Chicago. Lives in Tel-Aviv and as a pianist performs his works in Israel and abroad.
