The Israel Musicological Society (IMS) was founded in 1967 in order to further musicological research and to aid in the fostering of musical life in Israel. At present there are about 200 IMS members in Israel.
IMS holds an Annual Conference, a forum for the presentation of recent research by Israeli musicologists and hosts guests from abroad. IMS publishes Min-ad: Israel Studies in Musicology Online. (http://www.biu.ac.il/hu/mu/min-ad/index.htm)
IMS members receive via e-mail the Table of Contents of each new volume of Min-ad as they are released.
To join the IMS, please send us a note with your name, address, affiliation, and e-mail address (if any), together with a check (in Israeli Shekels or US dollar equivalent) made out to the order of Israel Musicological Society. Our address is:

Membership fees:The IMS is a volunteer organization funded entirely by membership dues and contributions by generous individuals and institutions.
