The synthesized nanomaterials can be used in many applications including energy storage (batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells), electronic devices, medical devices, composite materials, etc. High resolution scanning electron microscopy images of specific 2D layered metal chalcogenides that were synthesized in the Nessim lab showing a wide array of morphologies.
