Student ID cards and enrollment verification

Student ID card

The student ID is digital for all students and is available in the Bar-Ilan Mobitti app.

Students who have created a course schedule (registered for courses) are eligible for a student ID card. 

The student ID for the new academic year is updated automatically in the app several days before the school year opens.

The Bar-Ilan student ID card also serves as a Bar-Ilan library card. It may also be used for a variety of other services.

For the student ID card to be valid, you must upload a digital photo in the In-Bar student portal. Login is via Israel ID number or passport number, with a verification code sent via SMS to your cellphone.

If you do not upload a photo, your student ID card will open without a photo; student benefits will only be available for you after you present an additional form of ID.

Enrollment verification
 

You may issue a document proving your student status for the current academic year after course registration.
Click on the ‘Authorizations (download - no fee)’ tab and select the document ‘Approval of academic studies (digitally signed)’.

 To obtain enrollment verification for previous years, select the desired academic year on the In-Bar home page and continue as indicated above.

Verification of all years of enrollment
 

Students who wish to obtain verification of all years of enrollment at Bar-Ilan may issue a request for this via the In-Bar student portal for a fee. The document will be issued only after payment of 31 ILS via credit card when issuing the request on the website or at the Services and Recruitment Center (Area 502 Room 19).
