University Guidelines in Response to Operation “Am K’Lavi”
Updated instructions for the coming days, in accordance with Home Front Command directives

Following Operation “Am K’Lavi” and in line with Home Front Command guidelines, the university is updating its operations for the coming days:
Classes
Starting Sunday, all classes will move to Zoom. No in-person classes will be held on campus until further notice.
Lectures will be recorded and uploaded to course websites so that students who are unable to attend live will be able to catch up later.
Please follow announcements from your department, especially regarding special academic activities such as off-campus clinics or practicums.
Exams
All on-campus exams scheduled for the upcoming week (June 15–20, 2025) will be postponed. New dates will be announced later.
In contrast, online exams administered through the TOMAX system will take place as scheduled.
Academic Conferences
Conferences scheduled for Sunday and Monday will either be postponed or moved to Zoom.
Graduation Ceremonies
Graduation ceremonies planned for June 15–18 will be postponed. New dates will be coordinated and announced.
Graduates will receive detailed updates via email and SMS.
Libraries
All university libraries will be closed until further notice. However, remote services will continue via email, phone, and the Open Door channel. [Insert link to contact information]
Research Activity
Campus-based research activity will be suspended, except in rare cases that receive special approval from the Vice President for Research.
Relevant research groups will receive instructions from their group leaders.
Cybersecurity Alert
Due to increased risk of cyberattacks, the IT Division has implemented protective measures. These should not affect email or learning systems, though other limitations may occur.
Please remain alert for phishing attempts and avoid opening emails from unknown senders.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to adjust our operations based on national guidelines and real-time developments.
Please make sure to stay informed through university announcements.
We send strength and support to our students and faculty members called to reserve duty. We pray for their safe return and are here to support them when they come back.
