RAAAM Memory Technologies, a startup born at Bar-Ilan University, has been recognized by EE Times as one of the 100 most promising companies worldwide in the field of silicon chips.

Founded by Prof. Adam Teman and Prof. Alex Fish of the Faculty of Engineering, together with partners from Switzerland’s EPFL research institute, RAAAM is developing the world’s smallest high-density embedded memory. Their cutting-edge technology and bold vision have earned the company international acclaim—and placed Israeli innovation center stage.

RAAAM is one of just ten Israeli companies to make this year’s prestigious EE Times list, which celebrates global leaders in chip innovation. We’re proud to see Bar-Ilan’s research powering the future of technology.
