Each year, the German Bundestag, in cooperation with Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Technische Universität Berlin, offers around 120 scholarships to young university graduates from 50 countries. The program runs annually from March 1 to July 31, and includes a full-time work placement with a Member of the German Parliament, along with seminars and special events.

The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of 700 euros, free accommodation, and health, accident, and liability insurance. It also covers travel expenses to and from Berlin.
