Ohad Sheinfeld

Ohad, a graduate of Bar-Ilan’s Program for Gifted Youth in Mathematics, is enrolled in an MScs degree program designed for outstanding Gifted Youth program graduates and soldiers.

As a member of the Israeli national team, Ohad Sheinfeld, of the Department of Mathematics at Bar-Ilan University, has won together with his teammates, a gold medal at the International Mathematics Competition for University Students. This is the second consecutive year that Sheinfeld has won first place in the Mathematics Competition.

The prestigious competition, which took place online this year, was attended by some 550 students from 96 universities around the world. At the end of the five-day competition, the members of the Israeli team accumulated the highest individual and team score.
