Bar-Ilan Ranks #1 in 2022 Bar Exams
With 98% of its law grads passing the Bar exams, BIU surpasses other Israeli universities
An impressive achievement for the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law: 98% of its law graduates passed the exams of the Israel Bar Association held in December 2022. This ranks the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law first among Israel's law faculties.
The Bar exams are the final challenge that Israeli law school graduates face before starting a career in law. The Bar-Ilan Faculty of Law has been ranking at the top for many years. However, this time, due to the extraordinary success rates of its graduates, Bar-Ilan qualified for first place, surpassing the Hebrew University Law Faculty (96%) and the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty (94%).
According to the Israeli Bar Association data, 2,188 interns took the exam in December 2022, and 62% passed it successfully – a significant improvement compared to last year, when only 43% passed.
