Student administration is an array of administrative units providing students with the required administrative assistance during their studies at the university. The administration includes the student admission, status, schedule, exams, and the registrar's office teams. The Office of the Dean of Students, which is also included in the Administration Wing,

 

unites the teams working for students' welfare on campus. The management of this department includes decision-making and negotiation, project, personnel, budget, and comprehensive contract management. 

Ilanit Betit began her work at Bar-Ilan University immediately after completing her bachelor's degree as a student affairs advisor in the business administration school. After that, she served as the head of the Dean of Students at the university and managed the departments of the Dean of Students Office, intending to work for the well-being of the students on campus and contribute to creating a sense of community and harmony between the students, the academic staff, and administrative workers.

In 2012, Ilanit was appointed to her current position as director of the administration department and dean of students. In this framework, she is responsible for the sections of the student director and the office of the dean of students. Ilanit has a bachelor's degree in social sciences and a master's degree in educational administration, both from Bar-Ilan University.
