Change Window

Change window for spring semester courses only, 2025-26
 

The schedule change window for spring semester courses of the 2025-26 academic year for all students will begin on Wednesday, March 4, 2026  (opening up gradually during the first two days), and will continue until Wednesday, 25, 2026.

Students registering online will be assigned a start time for entering the system, from which point the course registration system in the In-Bar portal will be open for changes.

The individual windows for online registration will open up gradually during the first two days of the change period (you can see your own personal schedule in the In-Bar portal*) and will then remain open continuously until the last day of the change period, at midnight.

The course registration system is not available on Fridays and Shabbat.

 *The time windows will be announced on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 2 PM.

Those who do not register via online course registration may contact registration advisors at the individual departments on the dates indicated above to carry out schedule changes.

Keep in mind:

Changes may be made to spring semester courses only.

Changes to year-long or fall semester courses will not be possible.

After this period the system will be closed, and no further changes can be made.

For every course in which you are registered after the closing of the change window, you will be charged full tuition, whether or not you actually take the course.
